“[Name]…”

Mituna gasped for breath, kneeling over his Matesprit’s bleeding corpse. Endless caramel-hued tears fell from his bloodshot eyes, and he couldn't stop his hands from shaking violently as he desperately clung to [Name]’s once warm hand.

“[Name]…please…wake up!”

The lowblood sobbed, glancing at the deep gash in her stomach and her hollow eye socket.

“H-here, I’ll make it better! Just like you did for me!! Then you’ll come back to life, right? RIGHT?” He chanted over and over in vain, despite all life having left [Name]’s now dull eyes. He repeatedly kissed her wounds to no avail, looking up each time in hopes of his beloved’s eyes fluttering open and her once bright smile lighting up his world.

“[Name]! [NAME]!! Please don't leave me. I don't want to be alone again..." His voice cracked, echoing in the dark room like a plague. “You said you’d never leave me, [Name]! You promised!”

He whimpered, choking on his own tears and spit. [Name] remained unmoving. Mituna’s head fell to her chest in reluctant defeat.
